On February 11, the Bellevue community will vote on a capital projects bond that funds much needed improvements throughout our district.

If approved by voters, the capital bond will provide funding for the rebuilding of Big Picture School, International School and Jing Mei Elementary. It will fund renovations and additions to Newport and Interlake High Schools, and provide modern learning spaces that support Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). The bond will also fund safety and security improvements throughout the district including adding exterior safety posts at 19 school entrances and security vestibules at 8 schools.

Learn more about the bond by watching this short video which shows why Bellevue School District is asking voters to consider this funding measure. It explains how the bond will be used to support our students, improve the safety of our schools, and plan for the future.
