Our Tillicum MS PTA is hosting a Community Meeting on Monday, November 6^th at 6-7pm in the Tillicum MS Library. Please join us in support of our wonderful school!

At the meeting we will:

1. Brainstorm reasons why Tillicum should not be consolidated to facilitate consistent messaging. 
2. Answer questions from a non BSD perspective about consolidation.
3. Coordinate and organize our response.
4. Make sure that people attend listening sessions.
5. Encourage parents to write letters to the board
6. Organize Tillicum group to attend board meetings
7. Organize to speak at board meetings
8. Pass out flyers to students and residents that don't have students to get the message out. People went door to door informing the neighborhood. 
9. Create summary letter/instructions for parents on messaging when they communicate with the board. 

Timeline - 5 minute introduction / 20 minute breakout groups / 20 minute reconvene / 15 minute take-aways and action items.
