Get ready for a sweet end to the week! One of our (and our TMS students') favorite events is coming up this Fri, Sept 13 from 6:30-8 PM!
 
Families & Staff are welcome to enjoy free frozen treats, hear from Jubilee about after school sports and activities, ask questions and meet with Principal Steere and PTA leadership, and--the best part--chat and build connections with other families in our wonderful TMS Community!
 
Head to the back of the school by the basketball courts and back field!

BSD Is Looking for Volunteers for School Hearing Screenings!
🔊 Attention Parents! Your Help is Needed for School Hearing Screenings! 🔊
👂 Join Us for School Hearing Screenings in September and October 2024! 👂
 
Bellevue School District prioritizes the health and success of every student. That's why we're reaching out to our dedicated parent volunteers to assist with our upcoming hearing screenings. These screenings are vital in ensuring that all students have equal access to learning by identifying any potential hearing issues early on.
 
How You Can Help:
 
🤝 Volunteer Your Time: We're seeking enthusiastic volunteers to assist with conducting hearing screenings under the guidance of our trained professionals. Training would be provided ahead of the screenings in person, virtually or via video tutorial. Volunteers must complete a volunteer application using this link: https://bsd405.org/get-involved/volunteer/ (please note there is a 2nd link below to indicate interest in participating).

📅 Flexible Scheduling: We understand that your time is valuable, which is why we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your availability. We are asking volunteers to commit to helping at a minimum of two schools. Typically, the commitment involves only morning shifts and we are able to complete an entire school in one shift.

TMS Tiger Store Is Looking for Donations!
 
Did you know that TMS has a fun Tiger Store for students? They can spend Tiger points, which are earned from staff for following the TMS Way -- Taking Responsibility, Making Good Choices, and Showing Compassion! TMS is currently looking for donations to put into the Tiger Store. Here's a note from our Positive Behavior Coach Joy Haverstick:
 
"If you have tickets to sports, music, museums, movies, gift cards, art supplies, book sets and more… please think about donating them to our Tiger Store. We will put it as a raffle, so ALL our Tigers have a chance to win. For example, we have been gifted Seahawks Tickets by a staff member for the November 24th game against the Cardinals. Students can buy a raffle ticket for 5 points to get a chance to win this amazing prize of two tickets! Another generous gift by another staff member will be two tickets to the PNW Ballet November show, “All Balanchine,” which runs November 1-10.

ASB Spirit Wear Fundraiser
TMS ASB is encouraging us to let our school spirit shine with a spirit wear fundraiser through BSN sportswear! Students, staff, and families can purchase Tillicum gear through this link: https://bsnteamsports.com/shop/7ZyajMzMVz
 
The store is open until Sept. 24th for the first run and then will open up again in 2nd quarter. 10% of the proceeds will go back to Tillicum’s ASB to help them put on events and fund clubs and activities for our awesome Tillicum students. The best part? We can show off our TMS pride!

Each month members of the Bellevue School Board visit a different school, providing time for stakeholders of that school to interact with the Board; and for the Board to hear from and ask questions of students, families and staff.
